Guide: Defining Scope with a SIPOC Diagram
A SIPOC diagram provides a high-level, bird's-eye view of a process, making it perfect for defining the scope of a new project.
How to Use:

1. AI Assistant: Describe your process, mentioning where inputs come from and where outputs go. The AI will populate the five category fields for you. Click 'Generate SIPOC Fields' and save when prompted.

2. Standard Setup: For each of the five categories (Suppliers, Inputs, Process, Outputs, Customers), type the relevant items into the text boxes. Place each item on a new line.

3. Generate Diagram: Once you've entered your items, click the 'Generate SIPOC' button to see the final table.

4. Export to PDF: Once your diagram is ready, use the 'Export as PDF' button to generate a clean, professional PDF of your SIPOC diagram for presentations or printing.

5. Export to Word: Pro and AI Pro members can use the 'Export as Word' button to get a text-based table version of the SIPOC for easy inclusion in other reports.
