Guide: Using the AI Process Analyzer
When you have existing process documentation (like a PDF) and want an expert AI analysis to identify flaws and opportunities without manually recreating the process.
The AI Process Analyzer acts as a consultant, reviewing your documents for you.
How to Use:
1. Upload Document: Click the upload area and select a PDF file containing your process map, SOP, or workflow description.
2. Add Context (Optional): If you want the AI to focus on a specific area, provide instructions in the text box (e.g., 'Focus on the handoff between departments').
3. Analyze: Click 'Analyze Document'. The AI will read the document and generate a detailed report.
4. Review Results: The report will be broken down into an Overall Summary, Gaps & Inefficiencies, Improvement Recommendations, and Automation Opportunities, each with severity ratings.
Now that you know how it works, head to the dashboard to start building your own diagrams.
