Guide: Getting Started with FlowSwift
You're new to FlowSwift and want a general overview of how the diagramming tools work.
Welcome to FlowSwift! This guide will walk you through the key features common across all our visual diagramming tools.
How to Use:
1. AI Assistant: On each tool page, look for the 'AI Assistant' tab. Here you can describe your process in plain English or upload a picture of a whiteboard sketch. The AI will parse your input and generate the diagram data for you, saving you hours of manual work.
2. Standard Setup: This tab allows you to manually create or fine-tune your diagram. You can add, edit, and remove elements like steps, roles, and categories.
3. Edit Diagram/Style: The 'Edit Diagram' or 'Edit Style' button unlocks manual layout mode. Here you can drag-and-drop shapes, change their colors, and (for flowcharts) reconnect arrows by clicking and dragging them to new target shapes.
4. Saving Your Work: After creating a diagram, click 'Save As...'. Give your work a name, and it will be saved to your 'My Work' dashboard.
5. Exporting: Once your diagram is ready, you can export it to a high-quality PDF or a Microsoft Word document using the buttons in the control panel.
Now that you know how it works, head to the dashboard to start building your own diagrams.
