Guide: Mapping a Circular Process
Use this to represent continuous improvement cycles (like DMAIC or PDCA), recurring workflows, or feedback loops.
How to Use:

1. AI Assistant: Describe the cyclical process in order (e.g., 'The cycle starts with Discovery, then moves to Definition, then Development... which loops back to Discovery.'). Click 'Generate Diagram' and save your work when prompted.

2. Standard Setup: Add each 'Stage' of your process. The stages will be displayed in the order you add them, arranged in a circle.

3. Editing Style: Click 'Edit Diagram', then select a stage in the preview to customize its colors.

4. Convert: Use the 'Convert Map' button to transform your circular process into a sequential format like a Linear or Swimlane map.

5. Export to PDF: Once your diagram is ready, use the 'Export as PDF' button to generate a professional, high-quality PDF document for sharing or printing.

6. Export to Word: Pro and AI Pro members can also use the 'Export as Word' button to get a text-based version of the process for easy inclusion in reports.
Now that you know how it works, head to the dashboard to start building your own diagrams.
