Guide: Structured Problem Solving with A3 Reports
The A3 is a structured, one-page approach to telling a complete problem-solving story. It's a cornerstone of Lean thinking.
How to Use:
1. AI Assistant (Recommended): In the 'AI Assistant' tab, describe your problem in detail. The AI will analyze your text and populate all 8 sections of the A3 report automatically. Save the report when prompted.
2. Standard Setup: Manually fill in each of the 8 sections, from 'Background' to 'Follow-up'.
3. Live Preview: The right-hand panel shows a live preview of how your final, one-page document will look.
4. Export to PDF: Use the 'Export as PDF' button to generate a professional, one-page A3 document suitable for printing and sharing.
5. Export to Word: Pro and AI Pro members can also use the 'Export as Word' button to get a text-based version of the report for easy inclusion in other documents.
Now that you know how it works, head to the dashboard to start building your own diagrams.
